Patcher is a Clickteam Fusion installer and adds modified versions of ComicSans18.laf, kino14s.laf, ocr10.laf, TREB13BS.LAF to data000.lab. The modified .laf files and grim.tab look to be in the installer

[08:47] <grogbot> [discord] <ragnetic> Oh that's because you can't just copy over the files from the european releases, it will give you an error. Turns out it might be some form of copy protection.
