[01:56] <grogbot> <Thunderforge> The only benefit you would get with those is if you are running on platforms it wasnt originally made more. Otherwise, its exactly the sand with the same bugs and the same low-res graphics and such, plus no modern enhancements like auto saves.
[01:58] <grogbot> <Thunderforge> Im definitely biased, but if a game is in ScummVM, I would much prefer it over something like Wine any day. A much nicer experience, and usually better on my laptop battery too

[19:07] <grogbot> <dongchan> The second one is that there is a very annoying sound related bug (at least I assume it's a bug, never played the original) that I can't reproduce after relaunching ScummVM: the music was chopped each time I moved the character
[19:09] <grogbot> <Thunderforge> That isn't supposed to happen.
[19:10] <grogbot> <Thunderforge> The GOG release does work on Windows with the original interpreter. I used it to compare a few things when I tested the game when it was first supported.
[19:10] <grogbot> <Thunderforge> (Saving is a pain though because it uses a Windows 3.1-style file explorer!)
[19:12] <grogbot> <dongchan> I don't want to be sarcastic but it's probably as bad as the Gnome 4 file manager but in a different way
