You were right that it crashed immediately on the title sequence, so for now I simply bypass the title and go straight to the intro. The game then starts up fine. Not sure how much of the game the demo comprises.. it definitely has less files than the full game, so it may simply cut out after day 1 or something. If anyone is interested enough

[22:01] <grogbot> <criezy> @Wesker There isn't really anything that can be called an engine for Drascula. As already indicated the game was completely hardcoded. So at best we would be able to reuse some code to read the data file as the format may be the same. But everything else would need to be implemented.
