I have the Gog version of the game, bought it a while back. It does not seem to want to run from the play buttons; looking on forums, I tried couble-clicking the Game.exe directly, at that started it, at a tiny resolution in the corner.)

Going back up to the \Games directory, selecting The Longest

Well, I'll try doing the HD mod, see if ANYTHING wants to play ball once I put that in (and if that fails, I guess I can try verifying from Gog again...?)
