[22:36] that's the stellar humor I expected from post qfg5 \ post acquisition by a company that was engaging in fraud and all the senior talent left [22:37] even late stage origin seems to have been a more optimistic place to work in than later sierra in the feeding frenzy of late 90s acquisitions. [22:38] mind you, even the places that were obviously motivated like looking glass studios went under [22:43] imo, if you want to work on a later sierra game for scummvm qfg5 is infinitely more interesting than kq8. For one, it's a goodish game, for another consideration it completes the series being in scummvm, including all the remakes [22:44] and since this is a series where you can import character saves throughout that's a lot of gaming and gaming history.
