From what I can tell, the English release of Elvira II doesnt include EGA support, its missing the ICON.EGA file used for EGA icons and the SETUP.EXE that allows you to choose EGA, VGA or TANDY. Interestingly, the European releases (French, Italian, German, Spanish) do include these files. From my testing, the Tandy mode appears to be visually identical to EGA. I'
