I got bored working my way through testing all of the minigames, and decided to tackle the final big area for the overarching boardgame "metagame". I had to identify and fix a bunch of rendering issues in my MFC mock layer, and implement support for "viewport drawing", where the origin point can be something other than x=0, y=0 for the top left corner o

Then it'll just be a matter of polishing the codebase, such as cleaning up comments and correct formatting, getting rid of global objects, etc.
