[00:26] <snover> oh, how interesting. sci32 games new game option relies on a special save file that is automatically generated. in torin its put in the autosave catalogue, and in lighthouse it is put in the rstsg catalogue

[01:28] <dreammaster> As far as I know there's no limit at 99. I tend to use that as a limit in the engines I've worked on, but you could have any arbitrary maximum.

[01:38] <snover> turns out there are a lot of small but important details that are different between the two (or someone didnt reverse sci16 saveload too well)
