[18:10] <t0by> I /personally/ wouldn't focus on achieving "something that can be continued by others" or cramming the most work into a single proposal.

[18:25] <criezy> I think keeping in mind that the code will be merged in ScummVM (hopefully) and will need to be maintained is good, and this might affect the way you design the code, and as such might be reflected in the proposal.
[18:26] <criezy> But I agree that I would not focus on that in the proposal but rather make sure to have a detailed and realistic plan with well defined millestone and deliverables (so that the evaluation criteria are clear).
[18:26] <criezy> When reading it we want to be confident that you know what you are doing and that you will achieve it.
[18:26] <criezy> And also the end result of your work should be of interest to the ScummVM project.
